Directions to Akureyri Swimming Pool from the West of Iceland:

Starting from Reykjavik or any location in the west of Iceland, head east on Route 1, also known as the Ring Road.
Continue on Route 1 as you pass through scenic landscapes, including picturesque fjords and mountains.
As you approach the town of Akureyri, follow the signs for “Akureyrarvegur” or “Akureyri Center.”
After entering Akureyri, stay on the main road, “Hafnarstræti,” and follow it as it curves slightly to the left.
Turn right onto “Borgarbraut” and continue straight.
At the roundabout, take the second exit onto “Ráðhústorg” and continue on “Borgarbraut.”
Turn right onto “Stórholt” and continue following signs for the swimming pool.
The Akureyri Swimming Pool will be on your right-hand side. There is a parking area nearby for visitors.

Starting from any location in the east of Iceland, head west on Route 1, also known as the Ring Road.

As you approach Akureyri, follow the signs for “Akureyrarvegur” or “Akureyri Center.”
Upon entering Akureyri, stay on “Hafnarstræti,” the main road, and continue as it curves slightly to the left.
Turn right onto “Borgarbraut” and continue straight.
